Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who Sunday got shifted to AIIMS isolation facility, with an aim to get rest and prevent recurring infection, will most probably get discharged on Wednesday, according to an official.
‘Jaitley’s condition is improving. He will most likely be discharged by Wednesday,’ a senior doctor from the hospital told IANS. He said that Jaitley has been kept in isolation at the Cardiothoracic and Neurosciences Centre of AIIMS. Earlier Jaitley, who is also the defence minister, underwent laparoscopic procedure for diabetes management at the Max Super Specialty Hospital. ‘Jaitley is under the close observation of a team of doctors led by Balram Airan, a senior doctor at the CN center,’ the senior doctor said.
