The updated classic motorcycle has its transversely-mounted V-twin engine tilted forward by 4° and lowered by 10° in order to increase the leg room for the rider. Further ergonomic improvements come in the form of lowered seat and foot peg (by 25 mm) height.

Coming to the powertrain, the 90° V-twin 744 cc liquid-cooled engine belts out 50 PS and 58 Nm of torque. The powerplant is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a clutch with revised actuation.
