U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx has recently announced that the Federal Aviation Administration has granted exemptions to six aerial photo and video production companies. Even though several restrictions will still be applied, the decision is quite the step in the Hollywood industry, which so far has been using helicopters to do the job. Will this affect the movie industry? Of course it will.
