Engine and Gearbox:

• Engine Option 1: 2,523 cc four-cylinder m2DiCr turbocharged common rail diesel engine producing 75 bhp @ 3,200 rpm and 200 Nm of torque between 1,400 – 2,200 rpm; 5-speed MT


• Engine Option 2: 2,179 cc four-cylinder mHawk variable geometry turbocharger common rail direct injection producing 120 bhp @ 4,000 rpm and 280 Nm of torque between 1,800 – 2,800 rpm; 5-speed MT


• Interesting fact: Mahindra have sold over 4.5 lakh units of the Scorpio in India till date.

• Front: Double wishbone type, independent front coil spring


• Rear: Multi-link coil spring with anti-roll bar


• Brakes: Ventilated discs at the front and drum brakes at the rear
